Lady Lucia Bolton, née Downwood, is an unseen character in Game of Thrones. She was a member of House Downwood and the second youngest daughter of King Marlon Downwood and his eldest child by his second wife Sarra Dragen.
Later in life she was wed to Lord Jonos Bolton.

Lucia was the second youngest daughter of King Marlon Downwood by his second wife Sarra Dragon, and raised at Frostcliff with her younger sister Orrina, and her half siblings Cleon and Emerra.
Her father would ultimately bend the knee to King Walton Stark, and as a decree, his daughters would be wed to each of his former enemies, with Lucia being wed to the current head of House Bolton, Jonos.
