Alicent Stark was the wife of Ser Willis Reyne, the second son of Lord Rogan Reyne of Castamere. She was a member of House Stark through the line of Benjen Stark, the younger twin son of Artos "the Implacable" Stark.
Though married to Willis, Alicent engaged in a secret affair with her husband's handsome brother Ser Roget Reyne, an affair which eventually came to light and resulted in the birth of the bastard Tytos Hill. Angered by this sordid blight upon his house's honor, Lord Rogan ordered Roget to take the black, and after Tytos' birth, forcibly divorced Alicent from Willis and unceremoniously sent her back to her father.
Alicent died without further issue at the age of 30.
